Algernon Downie-Greenidge is a Stroudsburg native whose background in business, hospitality, and the arts brings a creative and highly driven perspective to real estate.

Guided by Broker Anthony Romano Jr., Algernon earned his real estate license shortly after high school, building on the strong work ethic and sense of responsibility instilled by his hardworking family. His local roots and familiarity with the area give him a natural connection to the communities he serves.

Outside of real estate, Algernon is an emerging actor and filmmaker who is currently slated to write, direct, and star in a feature film in 2027. His creative ambitions are matched by a strong business mindset, and he also serves as secretary for Business Empowerment.

Years of customer-focused experience in the food and hospitality industry have helped shape Algernon’s approach to working with clients. He listens carefully, pays attention to the details, and works to help each person find the property and opportunity that truly fits their needs.

Having traveled extensively and completed a Berklee music intensive, Algernon brings discipline, curiosity, strong communication, and genuine care to the real estate process.
