As Marketing Director, Charles helps shape how Forever Homes and Land presents itself to the public. His work includes website development, SEO, social media, digital marketing, branding, content creation, and finding new ways to connect with buyers, sellers, and the local community.

Charles believes good marketing should never feel generic. Every business has a personality, every property has a story, and every client has a reason for taking the next step. His goal is to make sure those stories are communicated clearly, creatively, and authentically.

He especially enjoys developing new ideas, experimenting with better ways to reach people, and finding opportunities that might otherwise be overlooked.

At Forever Homes and Land, Charles works closely with Anthony Romano Jr. to continue building a real estate brand centered on local knowledge, personal service, modern marketing, and a willingness to do things a little differently.
