Colleen Frank brings a strong mix of business experience, local knowledge, and client-focused service to Forever Homes and Land. A New Jersey native who also spent 25 years in Manhattan, Colleen built and operated successful businesses before beginning her real estate career, including a landscaping company and a florist shop in New Jersey.

She moved to the Poconos in 2007 and became a real estate professional shortly afterward. Since then, she has enjoyed helping both longtime local residents and newcomers navigate the area, drawing on her familiarity with the region, its communities, and the lifestyle that makes the Poconos unique.

Colleen’s background in business management and customer service has shaped the way she works with clients. She believes in staying organized, communicating clearly, and being prepared to solve problems as they arise. Whether she is representing a buyer or a seller, her goal is to keep the process moving forward with as little stress as possible.

She is especially passionate about helping clients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of a transaction. From the first conversation to the closing table, Colleen works to make sure her clients understand what is happening, what comes next, and what options are available to them.
